I Want

I just want you to take me into your arms.

I just want to hear you say sweet words to me.

I want to hear words of comfort and love.

I want to hear words of beauty,

to rid my tears and give me a smile.

I want you to make me feel like I have a value,

and a purpose worth living for.

Even though I hid it, I hurt so much.

And all I want is you to hold me so dearly.

To show me there is love for me.

I just want you to kiss my forehead,

just  like you always did, when you held my with sympathy.

I just want you.
